To qualify you must raise your concerns with the Riviera Travel cruise director and state your intention to take advantage of this guarantee within the first 24 hours of your cruise, and they will endeavour to resolve any issues. If by the end of Day Two a solution cannot be reached, Riviera Travel will arrange and cover the cost for you to return to the embarkation port from the next available location. We will also refund the total cost of your Riviera Travel vacation, although no refunds will be made for any additional costs incurred such as overnight hotels, airport travel, insurance etc.

The guarantee does not affect standard booking conditions or pre-departure cancelation policy and is superseded by our European River Cruise Assurance where relevant. Valid on cruises of 8 days or more. Further terms and conditions may apply.
