Canary Island Allure Cruise-14 Nights, Holland America Line

Your service and planning were perfect - the choice of hotel/location in Rotterdam worked well…too bad Air Cda flight was 5.5 hrs late and we weren’t able to see Rotterdam, but there was an excellent pizza place directly across the road from hotel called Sugo that was just what we needed after a VERY LONG travel day. The research you did for our ship cabin location was spot on…nice and quiet. From start to finish, your email communications, answers to our questions and level of detail was a refreshing change.
